Holiday villa complex at St Hilaire de Riez, with heated swimming pool and paddling pool, only 650 metres from the famous long, sandy beach and set amongst the sand dunes and pine forest. At the reception, you may order bike hire or even your bread for a morning delivery.

Accommodation and facilities

The holiday village is in an ideal situation near St Jean de Monts, on the edge of the protected national forest with lovely cycle tracks in the forest. To get to the beach, there is a road to cross which runs in front of the holiday village, and then there is a track through the forest which is 650m.

All the houses are in groups of adjoining villas but each has a private outside area with a terrace and with table and chairs. There are numbered separate parking spaces as the complex is semi-pedestrianised.

All the houses are tiled inside with white walls and often have pine furniture. The doors from the terrace lead into the open plan lounge with sofa, dining and kitchen area, with open stairs which lead up to the mezzanine.

In the kitchen area there is a sink, fridge with freezer compartment, electric rings and a mini-oven or microwave and the crockery and cutlery.

The width of beds are Double approx.140cm, Single approx. 80cm. There are blankets, bedspreads or eiderdowns and pillows in the villas.

The bathrooms have a flexible shower hose fitment from the bath.

There are 2 sized houses available. The 4/5 person villa.:

Type CBT for 4 and 5 persons T2 Mezzanine, is approx. 40m²

There is 1 double bedroom downstairs and the open mezzanine area above the lounge has sleeping for 2 people. The 5th person sleeps in the lounge area.

The bathroom with bath and a flexible shower hose fitment, and access to the toilet is via the bathroom.

There is also a larger Type CCK, for 6 persons, with a further bedroom and further shower room

There are 160 villas in this complex in 26 groups. The villas are in groups of 4, 6 or 8 villas.

The shared laundry is at Reception.

Heated pool and pets accepted.

Electricity is payable at all times, as well as the final cleaning of the villa, if you have chosen not to do it yourself.
