Villa Angele provides comfortable accommodation for 8 people and is conveniently situated within a short (350m) walk of a south facing beach and just 650m from the wonderful market of Bois Plage en Re and its shops and restaurants. For added security, the swimming pool is separated from the rest of the garden by a netting barrier.

There is a west facing covered patio (37m²) and in the entrance, there is a WC with hand-basin. The first bedroom (11m²) is east facing and opens onto the patio. It has a double bed (140cm), bedside tables, a wardrobe and a very pretty en-suite shower room with shower and washbasin. The second bedroom (8,90m²) is west facing and has a 90 cm trundle bed, an in-built wardrobe with hanging section and a chair. The main living room is 37,50m² and faces North, East and South. It comprises a lounge area which opens onto the garden and contains 2 sofas, a coffee table, a fireplace, bookshelves and satellite TV. The dining area opens onto the patio and has a table, chairs and a buffet. The kitchen (8,35m²) is south facing and opens onto the dining area via a glass partition. It is equipped with a four ring gas hob, a microwave, an electric oven, storage cupboards, coffee machine, kettle, dish washer. There is a back kitchen which is equipped with a fridge- freezer, a washing machine and dryer. At the far end of the lounge area, a corridor leads to the third bedroom (11,80m²) which opens onto the patio. It has one 140cm double bed, 1 wardrobe and 2 bedside tables. There is an “Italian style” shower room with shower, WC and washbasin. The fourth bedroom (11,04m²) is south facing, has a double bed (140cm), a wardrobe and 2 bedside tables. There is a very flowery garden and a terrace which gives onto the lounge and dining area. The pool area is protected by a barrier (a net), in keeping with legislation. The pool is 7.63 x 4m. There is garden furniture (table and chairs) and a BBQ. The property is wall-enclosed. There is a car park in front of the house.
