The house is furnished to a high standard and the owner will provide any extra equipment if required if indicated at the time of reservation.
The kitchen (10.8 m²) has a dishwasher, ceramic hob, large main oven and microwave oven too, large fridge freezer, many cupboards, a sink and crockery and cutlery for 12 persons. The villa has a washing machine in the garage and also extra shelving for your food shopping. There is a door from the garage to the kitchen and also a door out to the main dining terrace from the kitchen. The kitchen has been redesigned for more cupboard space.
There are many brand new kitchen appliances including kettle, toaster, coffee maker, iron, ironing board (do let us know if you require other equipment).
There is a very large lounge (42m²) which has a television and also a DVD, CD player, radio cassette, 8 brand new dining chairs and a special large square dining table, and matching wall units with sideboards, large brand new sofa and armchair, 2 wicker chairs, coffee table, tv cabinet etc. A large fan has been installed on the ceiling for those hot days and there are extra wide french windows (with electric shutters) overlooking the large pool terrace .

The main master bedroom has a large brand new double bed. There is a large ensuite shower room with hand basin and a toilet.
The second bedroom has 2 brand new single beds 90cm wide that have been bought especially so that they can be pushed together if required to make a wide double if you prefer, with french windows onto part of the specially designed terraces.
The third bedroom has 3 single beds width 90cm - set out as one set of bunk beds each 90 cm wide and 1 single bed.
There is large mirrored wardrobe and a Gaultier wardrobe and fitted cupboards in the corridor plus bedside tables and lamps. All the bedding, ie blankets and eiderdowns pillows etc are brand new.
The main bathroom has a bath with shower fitment and a hairdryer and 2 large hand basins.
Off the main corridor there are two separate toilets, one near each bedroom. There is a large ensuite shower room with hand basin and a third toilet leading from the master bedroom.
This lovely villa has the largest south facing plot in the private development and has been designed by a garden designer full of exotic plants. There is an automatic watering system for the plants and the extra lawned area at the far end of the garden. Although new, the garden has been thoughtfully laid out and planted with mature trees and shrubs and grass and nice gravel. There are walls and fences to enclose the plot of land.
The extra large plot enables various terraces around the swimming pool. The pool is extra large at 9 metres by 4 and has a roll-on evening cover, a security alarm and also a new security fence - in a special material that you can see through so it does not spoil the garden view.
There is an outside shower for rinsing off after your swims or for when you return from the sandy beaches.
There is a spacious enclosed front courtyard with gravel, which is unique in the Domaine - and shady in the mornings. It can fit 5 cars with the gates closed.

The pool is approximately 1.30m at the shallow end and 1.70m at the deep end. Please note it is forbidden to dive.
There is a private fenced heated pool of 9 x 4 metres with a roll on cover to keep the pool heat in the evening.
Pool water treatment is often by salt-electrolysis system. The pool has the appropriate legal safety requirements of an alarm and a fence.
The price is NOT inclusive of electricity and is therefore payable as an extra.
Please ask for the heating of the pool to be turned on, no less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival.
The pool temperature is approx.22 degrees but dependant on the weather and air temperature.

Saturday Shuttle bus from Nantes Airport to St Jean de Monts.
If you fly to Nantes on a Saturday, between approximately mid May and early September, a shuttle service can take you right to your Wake Up in France accommodation in St Jean de Monts, and collect you on the return. Places must be pre-booked.
