These modern and attractive villas have been built according to a classical American style and the local Landaise style. They are located alongside the prestigious Moliet’s golf course, some near hole number 2 and 17, and are all either independent or semi-detached and all have a private swimming pool and terrace. The villas are ideal for a relaxing and tranquil break. You will find all of the shops, and of course the beach at approx 600m to 1100 metres, easily accessible by the network of pathways and cycleways that crisscross the golf course and the sand dunes.

Whichever size villa, you will find them comfortable, modern and fully equipped for all your needs: the American style kitchen is well equipped with washing machine/tumble dryer, oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee percolator, for the most part a toaster, and a kettle and most have television(only French and few german channels). It is always possible to request a VCR or an iron.

Regarding the layout of the villas, the entrance hall opens out into the spacious and airy lounge where a sofa bed can accommodate 2 people. Continuing through into the dining room the large French windows give access to the delightful terrace.

The terrace provides both the opportunity to enjoy the tranquillity outdoors and also access to the private swimming pool (7 x 4m or 10 x 5 m for the larger villas). The terrace is equipped with garden furniture:tables, recliners, chairs.

BBQ's are not allowed in this residence, due to fire risks.

Electricity is extra at all times (see practical info section).

Spacious lounge, master bedroom with jacuzzi bath, three bedrooms with either a double bed or twin beds, 2 shower rooms, 2 separate toilets (some villas have one extra bathroom and toilet), a small bedroom or additional sleeping area or an open mezzanine in the lounge area with either bunk beds, twin beds, a double bed or sofa bed. It is 138-155 m².

There is a telephone in the villa and it is a payable extra.

The Club Royal villas, Moliets were constructed between 1995 and 2002.

The prices showen below are for villas at Club Royal Océan 17, Aquitaine and La Prade. If you wish to book a villa at "La Clairière aux chevreuils", there is a supplement.

For every specific request, reception will ask for a 60 euros per week/per villa, in order to guarantee what you have requested for.

There is private parking.

If you want a change from your private garden with swimming pool, we also rent apartments in the Résidence du Golf which has a further two swimming pools, a children’s pool and play area and spacious gardens all of which are open to guests staying in villas.
