Set in the new gated Domaine development of detached villas with private heated pools near the forest and beach only 3.6 km away, in St Jean de Monts, this large Villa Amethyst is a large 4 bedroomed and 2 bath/shower rooms detatched villa sleeping 10. Please inform us of any extra furniture or equipement you require and within reason it will be added to the house for you!
The swimming pool is approx 8 x 4 metres and is heated. There are steps into the pool. It has a seperate filtration and heating system and a water level detector. The water treatment is by salt-electrolysis system. There is also a pool alarm in the pool.
The villa is situated on a little square so there is no "through" traffic.
The kitchen (10.43 msq) has a dishwasher and a washing machine (in the garage), ceramic hob electric rings, microwave oven and large electric oven, large fridge freezer, sink with crockery and cutlery ample for 10 persons, coffee maker, kettle, toaster all provided.
The large lounge (34.98 msq) has Satellite TV with few English channels, with DVD, and a CD player and has chairs and a dining table, 1 cream sofas, and 1 leather sofa and 2 archairs have been added since the photo, coffee tables and a buffet, and french windows overlooking the pool terrace.
There are garden chairs and table plus sunloungers. Plus there is a large built in barbecue provided. There is a large grassed open area all around the pool and the immediate area around the pool is tiled.
There are a total of 4 bedrooms - a double bedroom and a triple single bedroom downstairs and a double bedroom and a triple single bedroom upstairs : The two double bedrooms have a double bed and wardrobes, bedside tables and lamps. There are bedspreads, 2 pillows and blankets.
The two triple single bedrooms have 1 single bed as well as bunkbeds - so sleep 3. There is space in the double bedrooms to place a cot if you wish to hire a cot. There are bedside tables and lamp, bedspreads, blankets and pillows.
There is a bathroom downstairs with a bath and handbasin and a separate toilet. There is a hair dryer provided.
Upstairs there is a shower-room with a toilet and handbasin.
Sheets and towels are NOT provided but can be hired.
The villa has a large plot and a tiled swimming pool terraces.
Sorry but No animals in spring and summer - please ask about winter lets.
There is a built barbecue provided. There is a garage and the washing machine is in the garage.

The pool is approximately 1.30m at the shallow end and 1.70m at the deep end. Please note it is forbidden to dive.
There is no internet access at the Domaine.
Water and electricity are payable at ALL TIMES.
The price is NOT inclusive of electricity/water and is therefore payable as an extra.
The pool temperature is approx.22 degrees but dependant on the weather and air temperature.
Please ask for the heating of the pool to be turned on at least 2 weeks prior to your arrival and note that this is a payable extra that will part of your power bill.
