Completed in summer 2008, Villa Helene is very tastefully furnished and provides excellent accommodation for a large family group or two families holidaying together. If you can tear yourself away from the swimming pool and garden, a short stroll (150m) will take you to a the beach of Les grenettes.
The swimming pool is 5 x 10 m and is protected by an electric cover.
The 5.50 m² entrance has a WC with a hand basin and 2 built in wardrobe with hanging space.
The first bedroom is North West facing and is 10.40 m². It has a large double bed of 160 cm and has an ensuite shower room with a hand basin and a shower.
The very spacious (74 m²) main living room is facing South East North and West and includes a kitchen area as well as dining and lounge areas.
The open plan kitchen has a bar, an Americain style frideg/freezer, cupboards, a sink, a dishwasher, an electric oven, a micro wave, 5 vitro ceramic cooking hobs, a toaster, an electric kettle and an electric coffee maker. It opens onto a terrace with a pool view via sliding doors .
The dining area has a dining table and chairs and a side board. It also opens onto the West facing tiled terrace and onto a further tiled terrace via sliding doors, onto the pool.
The lounge area has a book shelf, 3 leather sofas, 2 armchairs, an ornamental fire place, a coffee table, a TV (French channels only), a DVD player and opens onto a large patio.
Bedroom two (13.40 m²)is West facing and has a built in wardrobe and 2 single beds of 90 cm, a WC and a hand basin.
There is a shower room with 2 hand basin, a shower as well as a washing machine and a dryer.
Bedroom three (11.50 m²) is West facing and has a wardrobe, a large double bed of 160 cm and a bed side table.
Bedroom four opens onto an interior patio and garden. It has a large double bed of 160 cm and a built in wardrobe.
The shower room has a hand basin, a shower as well as separate WC and a further hand basin.
Bedroom five (15.20 m²) is large and South facing and opens onto the garden and the pool. It has a large double bed (160 cm), 2 bedside tables, a small desk and 2 built in wardrobe.
It has an ensuite bathroom, with a bath, a shower and 2 hand basins.
The grassed garden has a table and chairs, as well as a sun parasol, sun loungers and a BBQ.
The pool is 5 x 10 m and is protected by an electric cover.

Restaurants and shops are approximately 1.5 to 2 km away.
The large sandy beaches are 5 km away but you will be able to swim at high tide at the beach round the corner from the villa. You may have fun looking for shells, crabs and other sea creatures at low tide.
Please note that, in case you would like to come on holiday with friends, villa Helene is next to villa Victoria , another villa with private pool which can accommodate 8 people.
