How to book

Please book online via our secure server, or please return the signed booking form after agreeing the supplier or accommodation owner's booking conditions as well as our booking conditions. 

The best way to pay is by credit card in euros and your credit card company will give their international rate of exchange which is advantageous. There is no charge from Wake Up in France and Holiday Vendee for a credit card booking. However, for a bank transfer you must pay all charges. A 25% deposit is taken to secure the booking. A non-refundable property booking fee of 25 euros will be applied to all accommodation booked with Wake Up in France.

The balance of payment is due not less than 8 weeks prior to arrival. You will be contacted prior to your balance payment. Full payment is due for any holiday booked less than 8 weeks prior to arrival. Please make sure you have read and understood and agree with both our booking conditions and the suppliers general booking conditions of the property you have reserved. If you are unsure of any conditions please ask for further details. Depending on our agreement with property suppliers, bookings may be covered by French or UK law. If you do not agree with any booking conditions, please do not book your holiday direct through this web site.

Our prices

Our holidays are charged in Euros. However, so that you can see exactly what your holiday accommodation costs, we show Sterling prices on our website. These prices are based on the current exchange rate so may change day to day.However, the Euro price, our contractual price, will not change and when you pay by credit card, the payment will be taken in Euros.

All of our prices are clearly shown in Sterling based on the current exchange rate, however all credit card payments are taken in Euros.
Our easy to use online booking and payment process takes payments by credit and debit card and these appear on your bill in Euros with the relevant amount converted into sterling for your reference.

If you would prefer to pay in sterling we can accept a bank transfer or UK bank cheques for holidays booked with more than 8 full weeks before the date of travel. Please contact us if you wish to take an option and then send a transfer or a cheque. Please post a cheque for the full amount of the holiday booked made payable to “Wake Up Travel Ltd” and send to Wake Up Travel Ltd, Nether Hillhouse Farm, Hillhouse Road, Holmfirth HD9 2SY within 3 days of making the booking.

Please note that for some, but not all, properties, there may be additional costs which are not covered by the basic property rental. These may be optional extras, such as bed linen or towels, that you can choose to hire or bring yourself, or other items, such as electricity charges or pool heating.
