Located in one of the most prestigious sites in the Alps, at the entrance of the Chamonix Valley in the Mont Blanc range, five kilometres from the world capital of mountaineering and skiing, the village of Les Houches nestling at 1000m has retained its rural traditions and architecture. Accommodation and facilities

The ski area of Les Houches, which rises to 1900m, has over 55km of wooded pistes with amazing 360° views of the Mont Blanc range. There are 24 pistes including 4 green, 6 blue, 12 red and 2 black of which one is the World Cup downhill course 'La Verte des Houches'. 127 snow cannons are distributed around the whole of the ski area.

The 3* residence Balcons d'Anaïte is a 4-storey chalet, housing 30 spacious and tastefully furnished apartments of varying sizes to accommodate between 4 and 10 people.

The residence is conveniently located close to the shops and a regular ski bus (free of charge) stops close to the residence for easy access to Les Houches main ski lifts. Guests of the the residence have free access to the sauna, steam room and fitness room. The residence has a communal lounge which can be used  like a relaxing place for families or friends where you can enjoy playing board games (free).
An early morning delivery of bread and croissants may be ordered from reception the previous day. There are 4 different sizes of apartment ranging from a 4-6 person apartment (approximately 34m) to a four bedroom, duplex apartment for 10 people (approximately 100m). There is a lift and a left luggage room which is useful for early arrivals or if you wish to ski beyond checkout time on departure day.

The 4- 6 person apartment measures approximately 31-34m. The open plan living area has a sofa bed for 2 people and a curtained alcove with a double bed. Further sleeping accommodation is provided by a cabin bunk room In the living area, there are dining table and chairs, a coffee table and lamp, a sideboard and a flat screen TV. The kitchen is well equipped with a ceramic hob with extractor hood, a microwave oven, a fridge, and dishwasher as well as an electric coffee machine and a range of kitchen utensils. There is one bathroom with a bath and over-bath shower unit. Most apartments have a terrace or balcony, some with views of Mont-Blanc or the Aiguille Rouge. Free Wi-fi access is available at reception. Ski racks are provided free of charge, with the ski room having direct access to the free outdoor car park.

Free Guest card will be given to you when you check in. This card entitles you to free transportation on the Chamonix shuttle bus (except the night shuttle).
